Did this get covered in last weeks show? Was absent sadly.
However, yes, yes we have. I myself have done a Black Mage cosplay for Waicon 2007(?) and a poorly done Sasuke cosplay for Waicon 2011.
Would I again? Sure, if I had the time and money to do so. Cosplay can get rather expensive.

From what I have heard, bad isn't nearly harsh enough.
Its more like terri-bad, or horri-trocious or dread-a-strophic!
